Join us Thursday, the 17th of December from 6pm to 7pm

You are invited to an exclusive cooking demo from one of Canada’s top Chef’s – District Executive Chef at Oliver & Bonacini Hospitality, John Horne.

John Horne is the star of “Before the Plate” and oversees the culinary direction at Canoe, Auberge du Pommier, Jump, Biff’s Bistro, and more. He has experience working in several Michelin starred restaurants, and has won numerous awards and competitions for his culinary prowess.

In this virtual cooking demo, John will be teaching us how to prepare a delicious and moist Turkey for the holidays. From the ins and outs of basting to seasoning and cooking, John will provide us with the step by step instructions for a stress free holiday dinner.
